LIQUID STRAINER FILTER BAG
The DRM Industrial Fabrics’ Liquid Strainer Filter bag is used wherever solid and liquids are to be separated. The bags normally sit within a vessel and are commonly made from monofilament meshes or micron rated strainer needle felts. We offer a wide range of industry standard sizes as well as custom designed bags and manufacture from a large variety of materials to ensure maximum clarity of filtrate.
Our Liquid Strainer Filter bag designs and special fitting features are all aimed at making life easier and giving customers the highest possible performance when it comes to the clarifying of liquid. Its fabric strength and stability enables our bag to deal with high liquid viscosity. The fitting features include lifting loops and hem wired or moulded plastic sealing rings. This allows easy and accurate fitting and ease of removal through taped hanging loops.

We offer both monofilament meshes and strainer needle felts with different micron ratings which are available in polyester, polypropylene and nylon to cater to the chemicals and temperatures required by your process. Our various filter media can retain stable or gelatinous particle shapes as required and can achieve a high clarity of filtrate through a high rate of particle retention. All of our liquid strainer filter bags are made with silicone free thread and great care is taken to ensure the product is silicone free.
